Data Protection
Under art. 13 of Decree-Law 196/2003 (hereinafter called Privacy Code) we wish to inform you that the personal data you have supplied shall be dealt with in compliance with the Privacy Code. In particular, implementing these regulations, we wish to confirm the following:
1 - The handling of your personal data takes place to meet legal obligations as well as to satisfy your requests.
2 - Willingly sending emails to the addresses listed on this website means we will then have the sender’s address, required to answer any requests, as well as any other personal data you might have entered.
3 - Your personal data shall be communicated or released only in the cases allowed by and in compliance with the law. The communication of your data to Companies or third parties can only take place so that we can discharge our commitments towards you or in order to comply with our legal obligations. Data are and shall be handled and kept in compliance with official regulations and the safety measures required and anyway for the length of time necessary in order to achieve the above-mentioned aims.
4 - At any time you will be able to exercise the rights provided for by the law and in particular, among many others, the right to get confirmation of the existence of your personal data, their update, modification or integration, the right to oppose, both wholly or in part, for lawful reasons, the handling of said data and finally the right to oppose the handling of the data for commercial purposes, for sending advertising material, or for carrying out market surveys or interactive commercial communications.
5 - The person responsible for handling your data is: Davide Scapin, whom you can address to exercise your rights under article 7 of the above-mentioned Law, among which their modification, updating or cancellation.
